I have been practicing law since 1980 with a direct focus over the 30 years in civil litigation. Being a small firm, I can efficiently and effectively handle your legal needs with direct personal care. I have worked for a Los Angeles insurance defense firm; I have worked for a Santa Clarita Valley plaintiff firm; I have been in a partnership; and been a sole practitioner for the last portion of my career. My experience is extensive and experience does count towards a successful result in any legal matter. All of this experience has made me a seasoned lawyer with a good sense for the practical aspects of litigation. This means getting a fair result for a fair price. I try to get the client through the matter without "over litigating" the case.

My present and former clients over the years have been car dealerships, manufacturers, real estate brokers, real estate agents, real estate investors, contractors, builders, developers, major subcontractors, material suppliers, homeowners, and small businesses of all kinds.

Experience:

I have handled basic and complex cases for my clients. The issues cover a broad range of matters including breach of contract, collection of debts, specific performance on a real estate deal, fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, accountings, partitions of real estate, disputes over boundaries and easement rights, commercial landlord tenant matters, auto accidents, motorcycle cases, probate litigation, transfers of property, transactional agreements, mediations, and arbitrations. Many have settled before trial. I have prosecuted many court trials and jury trials. Over the years, I have been an official arbitrator for Ventura County, Fresno County and Kern County. I enjoy acting as an arbitrator and feel that my varied life experiences make me well suited to hear all kinds of business disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes and real estate disputes.

I have concentrated my practice over the last ten years with many kinds of real estate cases including commission cases, real estate fraud and non disclosure cases, construction cases, remodeling disputes, workmanship issues.
